It may not feel like Fall in St. Louis yet, but I have started getting a little excited for Fall clothes. I have to be honest, the number one thing I like about cooler temps is faux fur. I have a huge love of faux fur (see here and here to start) so it’s the one thing that can get me excited for the beginning of a season that only means Winter is coming.

The other thing I love about Fall is the unabashed return of all leopard everything! Obviously I believe you should be wearing leopard all year round, but something about Fall feels like I need a whole new wardrobe entirely of leopard print pieces. For me, leopard is a neutral. I wear mostly black, white, blush, and grey everything so leopard is the one print I consistently wear. I will find a way to wear leopard to anything.

My go-to style for mixing in leopard is black jeans/pants, a crisp white t-shirt or blouse, and a pop of leopard as a coat, purse, or shoe. How I style leopard also depends on the color and style of the print. I prefer a white and black leopard print (shockingly), but sometimes I want that rich orangey and black leopard print. It truly just depends on what kind of day I’m having. I find that the white/black print is easier to style for work or something I need to look more polished/professional at. The orangey/black print is fun for a night out or a more casual look. Again, that’s just my personal preference and what works with my hair, skin tone, wardrobe, etc. I do not discriminate when it comes to leopard print.

I recently got this faux fur leopard vest that is super easy to pair with basically anything in my closet. And the best part is how budget friendly it is! I like a vest for Fall because St. Louis has that super fun climate where it’s 50 degrees until noon and then it’s 80 until 5 and back to 50. It’s easy to have that “cute Fall look”, but still be weather appropriate. I did also go ahead and order this amazing faux fur coat. It’s definitely going to sell out fast so you want to order it now.

I’ve noticed that this year there seems to be a ton of great leopard options out there. I rounded up some of my favorite pieces in different styles below just for you! Does anyone else think leopard is a neutral? Any favorite pieces you’ve owned over the years?

If there are two things I love most – it’s faux fur & leopard print. So this look is perfection in my book! Can’t get enough animal print this season!
